What Are the Steps
... if you want supervision for becoming an LCSW in Virginia?
Step #1
1. First step is for us to meet! We'll have a conversation about your goal(s) for your career and see if we would be a good fit for supervision to get you there.
Step #2
2. You will need to apply for registration of supervision toward LCSW licensure with the Virginia Board of Social Work. To review the Online Application Handbook, click here.
Step #3
3. There will be a waiting period while your application is being reviewed. You will want to familiarize yourself with the process and expectations for becoming licensed. Once your application is approved, we will start weekly supervision.
