Psychotherapy

Eva L. Voth

LCSW, CDWF, EMDR Certified

I am Eva.  Mental health therapy is what I do.  You will find me non-judgmental, easy going, and experienced.

I work  with individuals (ages 18-100+) who have reasons to chose therapy that may include one or more of the following:  depression, anxiety, personality disorders, dissociative disorders, Bipolar, self-harming, PTSD/Complex-PTSD, grief/loss, behavioral issues, difficulty managing anger, eating disorders, OCD, and/or ADHD.

While I'm an expert at therapy, I'm a beginner at YOU.  Your expertise on yourself is valuable to the process.  In our partnering together,  my preferred tools are these:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Building

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Internal Family Systems Therapy

Ego-State Therapy

Narrative Therapy

Motivational Interviewing

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy

Solution-Focused Therapy

The clinical lenses that inform what I do are those of neuroscience/trauma, systems theory, and attachment.

My mission is yours.  Your chosen mission is mine too.  If you don't have one or don't know, that's totally okay, too.

When I'm not doing therapy, I'm probably petting my dog, reading, playing sports, studying human rights, or trying to build lumber projects.
